These terms apply to Munshi: Business Ledger and this website, provided by Draco Arts. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you must be authorised to do so.
What Munshi provides
Munshi helps authorised users record business transactions, stock, contacts, accounts and related work. Features depend on the business setup, assigned modules, platform and service availability. Website samples are fictional demonstrations and do not post transactions.
Munshi is record-keeping software. It is not a bank, payment processor, lender, tax adviser or accounting adviser. Recording a payment or cheque does not move funds, guarantee payment or replace the need to check the underlying transaction.
Your account and authority
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and have permission to use the business information you enter. Provide accurate account and business details, protect your sign-in access, and notify the team if access is compromised.
A business owner or administrator controls membership, roles and available modules. Only access a workspace and perform actions for which you have permission. You are responsible for reviewing who has access to your business.
Your records and responsibilities
Check contacts, weights, rates, amounts, payment details and approvals before posting. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information entered and for any tax, employment, accounting or other obligations of your business.
Posted entries and audit records may be preserved to keep a traceable history. If an entry is wrong, use the authorised correction process or contact your administrator. Keep copies or exports needed for your own record-keeping; do not rely on a preview or an unsaved draft as proof of posting.
Your data and our software
You retain the rights you have in your business information. You give us permission to host, process, display and transmit it as needed to provide Munshi, support your use and meet applicable obligations. You must have the right to upload information or documents concerning other people.
Draco Arts and its licensors retain their rights in the app, branding and website. You receive permission to use the service for its intended business purpose, subject to these terms and any separately agreed business service terms.
Use the service lawfully
- Do not submit fraudulent, unlawful or deliberately misleading records.
- Do not try to bypass access controls, obtain another business’s information or share access without authority.
- Do not upload harmful code, infringe others’ rights or interfere with the service.
- Do not use another person’s identity or upload personal information you are not authorised to handle.
No in-app purchases
Munshi does not offer in-app purchases or App Store or Google Play subscription billing. You cannot buy an upgrade or start a store subscription inside the app.
If a separate business service arrangement carries a charge, its price, duration, payment and cancellation terms must be agreed with the Munshi team separately. These terms do not announce a price, a free entitlement or an automatic renewal.
Privacy and sharing
Our Privacy policy explains the information Munshi handles. Respect other people’s privacy and only share receipts, reports or documents with intended recipients. Exported or shared copies are outside Munshi’s control once delivered.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update or change the service. Network interruptions, device limitations and maintenance may affect access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every feature is available for every business.
We may restrict access to protect the service, investigate misuse or enforce these terms or an applicable business agreement. Where appropriate and permitted, the team can explain the restriction and the available next steps.
Leaving and deleting an account
You can stop using Munshi and request account deletion. Deleting your personal login does not automatically delete the business, its posted ledgers, audit history or records shared with other members. The account-deletion page explains the process and any owner responsibilities.
Deleting an account does not resolve outstanding business debts or any separately agreed service obligations. There is no Apple or Google in-app subscription to cancel.
Responsibility and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that it will meet every business requirement or that its records will always be error-free. Verify figures before making business decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, Draco Arts is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or losses caused by inaccurate input, unauthorised sharing, third-party services or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes a right, responsibility or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes, questions and disputes
We may revise these terms and update the date on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or available account contact details. Your rights under mandatory applicable law remain unaffected.
Contact the Munshi team to raise a concern or discuss a dispute. The Urdu and English versions are intended to convey the same terms; please tell us if a translation is unclear.
